Join us at the NYC Pride headquarters for a FREE clinic where we will walk you through the documents you need to make sure that your identity and wishes are respected, your loved ones know how to honor you, and that your legacy is protected the way that you want it to be.

We’ll be helping you complete some simpler documents, such as Power of Attorney and Healthcare Proxies, and giving you all the information you need to start working on more complex things like your Will.
