We were excited to introduce Brain Education to this bright group of young students from the Dominican Repulvic at the DR Mission to the UN yesterday.

The session was highly interactive with all the participants deeply engaged and developing a pilot Brain Education project idea on the spot!

Women violence and domestic violence where some of the core issues that they were asking the program to focus on, with youth community leaders at the forefront of the efforts partnering with IBREA for the project to scale.

In this time, with everything accelerating, things can be built in a matter of minutes.

Let’s harness that potential to create a world of health, wellbeing and peaceful co-existence.

Thank you to the UN Missiom of DR for hosting such a vibrant moment of creation with youth at the center.

🌕🫶🏼 Heart-Centered Leaderahip program, 2025 🫶🏼🌕

Transformation and growth is the greatest gift. We come to this world to study and experience. When we harness the mind-body connection we enter this world of energy, where our awareness gets heightened and we love and live fully! In this process, we recognize how we are the authors of our lives and we create our lives and our societies and world.

This program provides a 10-month scholarship to young men and women in NYC who want to lead this change by doing their inner work and helping others do the same.

🌕 UN Youth Forum Side-Event 🌕

“Youth-led Pathways in a Rapidly Changing World. Mental Wellbeing at the Center”

Thursday, April 16, 2026

A celebration of our present and our future.

This event was a real gathering of minds around the reality of our current conditions and the agendas that we all care about. With youth and mental wellbeing at the center, participants came from different corners of the world and brought a wide range of life experiences, to discuss, debate and agree on recommendations for a way forward.

At the heart of the discussion was an underlying belief in the human nature and our ability to move beyond identity boundaries and work together with the same mindset, a mindset that prioritizes wellbeing and connection.

The event facilitated 4 workshops on the topics of 1) AI and technology 2) Jobs and employment 3) Arts, Culture and Enterpreneurship and 4) Envirnoment and Suatainibility

In a world where technology can do more and more of the traditional work, a huge opportunity surfaces where the emterpreneurial spirit is heightened and we can take better care of ourselves and rhe planet, developing in new ways and nurturing talent that was previously covered. While the issues and risks we face were heightens as well, this is the positive narrative that interlinked all topics.

Partocopanrs also experienced our Brain Education training first hand and the power of connection in their own body and mind and as a group.

Thank you to everyone who was a part of this important moment and continued process. See you next time!

.

We held a conference on “Empowering Yourh for a Sustainable Future. The role of Mental Wellbeing in Addressing Current Challenges” as a side-event in this year’s UN General Assembly.

With the co-hosting support of the UN Mission of Malawi and the UN Mission of Ireland, and the participation of the Deputy Minister of Yourh Affairs in India and the UN Yourh Office Representative, we were so grateful to present our views and approach to youth mental wellbeing.

Approximately 16% of today’s population are aged between 14-25. They constitute the powerful energy that will propel us forward, in this post pandemic, AI world where we are facing great challenges and amazing possibilities at the same time. They are key actors in shaping our future and their mental wellbeing is paramount. They need a strong core, an open heart and clear direction, as they also work inter-generationally. Everything is connected by energy, and it is our hope and mission to help young people understand this and harness it for the benefit of the whole.

We were grateful to share concrete, living examples of young people in Harlem NYC, receiving our program and experiencing their own healing and leadership development, and sharing that with the people around them and the people they serve.

Let’s keep moving forward together and create the world we all wish to see.

Thank you!
