Invest in the Next Generation of Risk Professionals!

The Spencer Educational Foundation's 2027 Internship Grant Program is officially open! Grants help organizations fund paid, risk management-specific internships, giving students valuable hands-on experience while strengthening the industry’s future talent pipeline.

For the 2026-2027 grant cycle, the Atlanta RIMS Chapter and Delaware Valley RIMS Chapter have taken an additional step by providing dedicated funding through named Internship Grants for students in their communities.

RIMS chapters and organizations can help make an impact, too — whether by applying for a grant or becoming a named donor.

Oh, what a night! ✨ AF Group was proud to support Spencer Educational Foundation's 2026 Funding Their Future Gala and cheer on the scholars who are the future of our industry.

Through scholarships, course development grants and more, we share in Spencer's mission to provide students with access to meaningful opportunities that can help prepare them for a successful career in insurance. Last night was more than an incredible evening. It was a powerful reminder of what’s possible when our community comes together. ✨

At the 2026 Spencer Funding Their Future Gala, we raised an extraordinary $2,284,288 to support Spencer’s mission and continue creating opportunities for the next generation of risk management and insurance leaders.

We celebrated our two remarkable honorees, Marya Propis and Sierra Signorelli. We heard directly from Spencer students, Tram Thuy Nguyen and Brice Andrew Cox, whose stories brought the impact of this work to life. They are the reason we do what we do and a glimpse of the future we are all helping to build.

To every person who attended, gave, celebrated, and believed in our mission: thank you. And to all of our sponsors, thank you for making this night and this impact possible. We truly could not have done it without you.

There are many more personal thank-yous to come next week. For now, we’re simply grateful. 🖤✨
