Operation Warrior Shield Operation Warrior Shield, Inc. provides support for veterans, military and first responders who experience trauma and stress in the line of duty. Med.D.Sc.

provides comprehensive support programs for service members, veterans, first-responders and their families that are focused on transition, health and wellness, employment, prevention of homelessness, peer engagement, and connections to community resources. The emphasis is to help heal their hidden wounds through:

- Helping veterans find jobs
- Eliminating veteran homelessness

Hello Dear friends,

It is with the heaviest heart imaginable that we share the passing of our beloved friend, colleague, and founder — the AMAZING, BRILLIANT, VISIONARY, SWEET, KIND, and UNSTOPPABLE, Ed Schloeman.

This is incredibly difficult to write, and even more unimaginable to fathom. Ed was not just a leader — he was a force of nature.
Straightforward when he needed to be, endlessly compassionate at his core, and unwavering in his mission to bring healing and hope to veterans, first responders, and all those who carry unseen wounds.

His determination, his heart, and his faith shaped everything we worked on together — and everything we will continue to build in his honor.

Ed’s legacy lives on in every life he touched — and in the mission he poured his heart and soul into. We will be sharing more soon about how we will honor and celebrate his extraordinary life.
