We live in a world where we tell women to be careful about how they move and how they dress because of constant predators. Women should be able to walk home in a thong no matter the time of day and not have a single person touch them without their permission! To all my women who have sons, how are you teaching them about respecting a women's body and boundaries? (Daughters should also be taught how to respect a man's body and boundaries as well!)

We sometimes have a tendency to put others before us, to continuously do for people the things we won't even do for ourselves. We give those who don't deserve a second or third chance a try, but we won't even give ourselves that chance at happiness for one reason or another. It's time that we start treating ourselves better.

Hearing those words "wow you're still alive" sent horrible chills through our bones. Alleah Taylor recently opened up about the abuse she endured while with ex-boyfriend and football player, Chad Wheeler. It is NEVER okay to put your hands on another person to cause harm! We post this to show that domestic violence can happen to anyone and to show that an abuser can also be anyone. We stand with and support Taylor. Thank you for sharing your story so that one survivor can also have the confidence to share theirs. We hope that justice gets served as we know how sports stars and those in the lime light often have the means to avoid consequences.

WOMEN IN BROOKLYN⚠️Please watch out for this man! It has been reported that this man sexually assaulted a woman on her way home from work. This happened on the Q train line in the Midwood area. When will the attacks on our women stop? We can't even try to make a living peacefully without having to worry about our peace of mind stolen from us. If you see this man, ladies stay away from him and report him! We stand with the young woman that was attacked and all survivors of sexual assault.

This is ENRAGING! We need to be PROTECTING each other in our communities, not HURTING each other! The fact that these men thought it was acceptable to violently attack a female, the very gender that birthed them, is disgusting. They offered to buy her wine and when she declined, an argument started. But how and why should an argument lead to THIS? It doesn't matter what a person said, you should never react physically. We also wonder if anyone else was around to witness this. We have to do a better job of policing our own communities and look out for one another. If you see these MONSTERS, please contact NYPD and it is NOT snitching if you are helping an attacked woman get justice.
