We can help you Heal from Emotional Anger and Relational Trauma.

- Join us and take HEART with our online anger management group. Regain control over trauma from your emotions, anger or another.

- Groups ongoing on Mondays at 12:30 pm and/or Wednesdays at 7:30 pm
- Time: 60 minutes
- Where: On Zoom. Link sent after registration.
- Cost: $65 for 4 sessions and $120 for 8 sessions.

Participants interested in a total of 8 sessions may choose to do 8 Monday sessions, 8 Wednesday sessions, or a combination of Mondays and Wednesdays.

Scholarships are available based on financial need.

Workshop Description:

In this virtual group, we will focus on healing with positive strategies to deal more effectively with anger and other emotions, coercive control, extreme narcissism and gaslighting. Grief, forgiveness and releasing ourselves from pain are discussed.​​​
