Union City será sede del primer United Productions Film Festival of NYC con entrada gratuita

El United Productions Film Festival of NYC (UPFFNYC) celebrará su primera edición los días 27 y 28 de febrero de 2026 en el William V. Musto Cultural Center de Union City, Nueva Jersey, con entrada completamente gratuita. El evento reunirá cine independiente, cultura y comunidad en dos jornadas que prometen emociones, diálogo y celebración de la identidad latina.

La programación coincide con la conmemoración de la Independencia Dominicana, ofreciendo un marco ideal para destacar historias de migración, resiliencia, identidad y familia a través del cine. Con esta edición inaugural, el festival busca consolidarse como un espacio clave para exhibir producciones locales e internacionales en el área metropolitana de Nueva York y Nueva Jersey.

“UPFFNYC es una plataforma para recalcar lo mejor de los festivales de cine locales, regionales e internacionales, y una oportunidad única para descubrir historias poderosas que rara vez llegan a las pantallas de Estados Unidos”, expresó Ricardo J. Salazar, fundador y director ejecutivo del festival.
