hi my dears, I’m excited to share a new offering: 🐉 AWAKEN YOUR CREATIVE SPIRIT: POETRY AS INTUITIVE PRACTICE 🐲

“Our intuitions, our inner knowings, are guiding forces. They propel our forward actions and trust in ourselves. They are our creative power. In times of tumult, it is easier to lose ourselves. Writing helps us return. 🌺

In this four-week generative writing series, participants will write poetry that more deeply connects them to their roots, lineages, intuition, and creative power. They will learn strategies and practices to listen more deeply to themselves, their own body wisdom, and create their writing from that place. 🌷

Writers we will read include Audre Lorde, Gloria Anzaldúa, Toni Morrison, Eve L. Ewing, Alexander Chee, and more. We will discuss the political necessity of our creative voices and learn body-based practices for resourcing ourselves in times of turmoil. 🪷

Each week, you will write a new piece. Together, we will return to the joy of writing, outside of industry. All writing levels and experiences are welcome.“

Register by June 9, 12pm - link on flyer.
