Rivka Rivera here. I hope everyone has been having a wonderful summer.

I wanted to share an offering with all of you. I have had the privilege to begin working as a facilitator with an incredible organization called Inheritance Project. At Inheritance project we call folks like you “Evolutionaries”, folks who are committed to evolving yourself and your community so we can do better for all the people in our care.

This fall, IP is opening the doors of our Inheritance Project Leadership Immersion to individuals (this program was previously only offered to leaders at organizations like Vanguard and Deloitte.)

It’s a 10-week Inclusive Leadership & Conflict Resolution Training Program designed to empower you to turn conflicts into opportunities, strengthen your working relationships and create inclusive, collaborative environments where all can thrive. It includes:

- Staying calm in high-stress situations & learning into uncomfortable conversations

- Telling someone ‘no’ in a way that strengthens the relationship rather than stifles it

- Giving feedback to a team member

- Receiving feedback and taking accountability

- Addressing micro-aggressions
