Its purpose is to help decision-makers find positive win‐win alternatives to crisis, conflict and war. It intends to train new decision-makers by concentrating on facts and figures, not emotions or short-sighted goals. It focuses on the issues of Collaborative economic, environment and sustainable development in developing countries (http://tinyurl.com/k2c7a). The project aims to construct national socio‐economic, energy, and environment simulation models for each participating country
