Thanks to your support last year, Open Stage Project awarded 6 fellowships in 2024, and we increased the number of students we serve in our free after school program from 12 to 18 students!

Every student who completes our high school program is eligible to receive a summer fellowship — a life changing stepping-stone for pursuing their career behind the scenes.

85% of our Open Stage Project Fellows have received offers of employment as a direct result of their fellowships.

We are so honored to have been featured by as one on of their Early Pipeline Education Organizations! Open Stage Project's mission is to close the gender gap in backstage and offscreen careers by educating, mentoring, and empowering young women to learn about and gain pathways to pursue careers in theater, film, and TV. Open Stage Project is hiring a Programming Intern to assist OSP staff with planning and organizing Open Stage Project events and other administrative tasks as assigned. This is a PAID, HYBRID internship. The Programming Intern will be comfortable working virtually and independently, and be available to attend in-person events in Manhattan.
