Join us to Step Up For Hope! July 12th-August 8th
Are you trying to get or stay active? The American Cancer Society is here to help! Join Us to Step Up For Hope this summer. From July 12th to August 8th, commit to walking 6,000 steps at least 3 times a week, and get your friends and family to make pledges for every day that you hit your goal. All you have to do is sign up at https://pledgeit.org/for/stepupforhope, ask family and friends to support you through the Pledge It website, and start stepping! And don’t forget to record your results on the website at the end of each week.
The American Cancer Society recommends that adults get 150-300 minutes of moderate intensity activity each week. For children and teens, the recommendation is at least 1 hour of moderate or vigorous intensity activity each day. Join the Step Up for Hope Challenge and be well on your way to a healthy lifestyle!
