New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival The 10th NYCEMF will take place July 2020, again bringing to NYC audiences a vibrant panorama of the most recent trends of electroacoustic music.

The New York City Electroacoustic Music Festival will take place as part of the New York Philharmonic’s biennial at National Sawdust on June 5-7, at the Abrons Arts Center on June 13-19, and on other dates at other venues in New York City. It is an annual, multi-day festival featuring works submittted by emerging and established composers, performers, and sound artists from all over the world. The

festival includes pieces for live electronics and fixed media compositions of up to sixteen channels of sound, works for acoustic instruments and electronics, multi-media pieces such as those involving video and dance, and various kinds of audio and video installations. Previous festivals took place in 2009, 2010, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
