We are so grateful to Verdura Jewelry for hosting an unforgettable celebration of Marc Shaiman’s new book Never Mind the Happy: Showbiz Stories from a Sore Winner. The evening was made even more extraordinary with Jane Krakowski serving as both moderator and performer, guiding a lively conversation filled with stories, humor and behind-the-scenes insights from Marc’s remarkable career. It was a wonderful evening supporting a life in the arts.

We are so grateful to the producers of Dog Day Afternoon for donating two blocks of seats for performances on April 28 and April 30. We had a fantastic time at the show and were able to meet with the company to talk about the Fund’s many programs and services before the performance. Additional thanks to Jessica Hecht for a lovely curtain speech at the end of the show! Special thanks to company manager Chandler Jez and everyone at the August Wilson Theatre; we are so grateful for your support of a life in the arts and for making the whole experience smooth.
