Classic Lyric Arts CLA is a non-profit organization founded on the belief that the music of language is inseparable from the essence of opera and song. Apply to CLA today!

https://www.yaptracker.com/applications/classic-lyric-arts-singers-2024 Classic Lyric Arts provides opportunities for young singers and collaborative pianists to advance their studies of the languages and cultures of classical vocal repertoire, offering education workshops internationally, and supporting participants in their progression from students to young professional artists. CLA currently e

ncompasses two programs: La Lingua della Lirica (The Language of Opera) established in 2009 in Novafeltria, Italy, training the principles of Italian bel canto, and L’Art du Chant Francais (The Art of French Singing) inaugurating its first season in 2012 in the Perigord region, focusing on French opera and melodies. With the belief that the beauty of opera and song is intrinsically connected to the music of language, the teachers include Italian, French and American artists working in the field of classical vocal studies. CLA offers training in diction, style, repertoire, stagecraft, and career development, as well as international performing opportunities, building a bridge for the next generation of musicians to this rich cultural, linguistic and musical heritage.

✨🎶 Calling all CLA Alumni & CLA Community Supporters! 🎶✨

There are just a few days left to contribute to a Named Program Grant!

The CLA Alumni Named Program Grant is funded entirely by past CLA singers and pianists, continuing the spirit of mentorship and giving back that defines the CLA community. We are also thrilled to reintroduce the CLA Community Named Program Grant, a crowd-funded opportunity for supporters to come together and invest in the next generation of artists.

A contribution of just $50 can make a meaningful impact. Gifts of all sizes are welcome. ✨

Donate before June 1 through the link in our bio and help support a fellow artist on their journey with CLA. When donating, please list either “CLA Alumni Named Program Grant” or “CLA Community Named Program Grant” on the Partial Named Program Grant form. 💫
