You can purchase raffle tickets at the party this Saturday from 12-6 in the garden, and enjoy food, drink, live music and more. We can't wait to see you there! 🌿💥

NEXT SATURDAY! Our annual Spring Celebration! Come enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the garden with our community! We'll have live music, food and drinks, tie-die and screen printing, and a raffle with prizes from local businesses!

This weekend, we welcomed a new centerpiece crabapple tree to our garden! And it even took a bike ride over the Brooklyn Bridge on its way home!

We're just a week away from the annual Spring Awakening! Let's celebrate and the start of the gardening season in the ! Spring is around the corner! Our first garden meeting of 2026 will be on Saturday the 14th at noon. All are welcome!

Congratulations to Down To Earth Community Garden for being awarded the Environmental Innovation Award at the ninth annual GreenThumb Garden Recognition Awards last week! Since 2009, El Sol Brillante and DTE have diverted over 75 tons of food waste with our unique bokashi method. Thank you to all of our wonderful community members, especially bokashi master Shig Matsukawa!
