The Stonewall Chorale makes multi-voiced music of artistic integrity, providing pride and place to our volunteer membership and to the le***an, gay, bisexual, and transgender community. Community Service
Community service has long been at the forefront of the Stonewall Chorale’s mission. The Chorale regularly participates in such events as the St. Vincent’s Hospital AIDS Memorial Service, the Le***an and Gay Community Services Center Garden Party, World AIDS Day commemorations, holiday caroling, and Gay Pride celebrations. Stonewall Chorale also performs with various groups that provide entertainment in hospitals throughout the metropolitan area. The Chorale, a four part mixed chorus of approximately 60 members, annually performs three subscription concerts at various venues in New York City.

"Now I Walk in Beauty" brings together the nation's first LGBTQIA+ choir and q***r cellist and composer MIZU for one night of bold, beautiful music.

Featuring powerful works by Tõnu Kõrvits, Jake Runestad, and Ola Gjeilo ➕ a new choral arrangement of "Dollhouse" created by MIZU for the Stonewall Chorale.

We’re excited to share that Nick Sienkiewicz has been appointed as the next Artistic Director of the Stonewall Chorale!

As we look ahead to our 50th anniversary season, Nick will step into the role through a co–Artistic Director year alongside Cynthia Powell.
