Look it’s a picture of Quincy and Esmeralda! GOTCHA!!! This is our new chukar, Boots! His story is an amazing one- during an activist vigil (if you aren’t familiar with vigils, please check out ) at a market where cuties like Boots are sold to be eaten, he flew out of a transport cage straight into the arms of a human! He was passed around between humans until the vigil was over so no one could take him and his life. Vigils are so amazing and important and sometimes, just sometimes, you can save a life, too. We are so enamored already!

Be the Amazon rainforest’s Valentine. Show your love to Mother Earth this Valentine’s Day. Protest against Brazil’s President Jair Bolsonaro who is seeking to destroy her. The Climate Save Movement and coalition partners are organizing global actions at Brazilian embassies and consulates around the world and at the UN building in NYC on February 14, 2019.

There are actions planned in more than 30 cities in South America, North America, Europe, the Middle East and Australia.
