Living with endometriosis can make progress look different every day. Sometimes progress is getting through a full day. Sometimes it is resting when your body asks you to. Sometimes it is making an appointment, asking another question, trying a new treatment, or simply getting out of bed.

Healing is not always a straight line. You do not have to be “better” overnight for your progress to count.

Celebrate the small wins, too. They matter. 🌿

Living with endometriosis can make job searching feel more complicated — especially when you know you may need flexibility, bathroom access, remote work, or time to recover from surgery.

⁉ One of the biggest questions patients ask is: when should I bring up accommodations?

You do not have to disclose endometriosis during a job interview. You can choose when — or whether — to share medical information, and you may be able to request reasonable accommodations by focusing on what you need rather than giving every detail of your diagnosis.

You may know endometriosis, but what happens when your pathology report says endosalpingiosis?

The names sound similar, but they are not the same condition. Endosalpingiosis is made up of cells that resemble the lining of the fallopian tubes and is often discovered unexpectedly during surgery or pathology.

It can exist alongside endometriosis, may not show up clearly on imaging, and researchers are still learning how much it contributes to symptoms like pelvic pain or infertility.
