🌳 Healthy street trees start with healthy tree beds! / ¡Árboles urbanos saludables comienzan con alcorques bien cuidados! 🌱

A few simple actions can make a big difference. Learn what we can plant, how to protect the soil and roots, why watering matters, and what to avoid in our street tree beds.

Pequeñas acciones pueden hacer una gran diferencia. Aprende qué podemos sembrar, cómo proteger la tierra y las raíces, por qué es importante regar y qué debemos evitar en nuestros alcorques.

💚 Together, we can care for our trees and keep our block greener, healthier, and more beautiful.

🌳 Join us TODAY at 12 PM for Neighboring with Trees at The Hort!

I’m excited to join Mallory for a conversation about ecological care, community stewardship, civic engagement, and collective action.

I’ll be sharing how learning to care for the street trees in our neighborhood grew into a collective journey—and some of the practical steps and resources that have helped us connect neighbors, navigate city systems, and organize local stewardship projects.

Come join the conversation and explore how we can care for our trees, strengthen our communities, and create meaningful change together! 🌱💚
