FOSTER/ADOPTER NEEDED❗️
This is Millie, a 5 year old girly who was adopted through our rescue years ago as a kitten. Her adopter adopted a kitten and dumped her at a NYC shelter because “they couldn’t get along.” She’s very sweet and chill, healthy, spayed and up to date on vaccines. She’s currently in our holding space and doing well when interacting with the resident cats. We would love for her to find a long term foster or an adopter. PETE IS LOOKING FOR A HOME❗️Pete is a one-year-old super gentle, sweet cat. He needs a little time to warm up to new people and places, but once he does he’s very curious and affectionate. He is very passive and would do well with other pets, but would also be perfectly happy as an only cat. He also was born without a tail which gives him a very cute, bunny-like quality 🐇🐱❤️

Very very urgent need for a foster or adopter with no other animals in the home! 🐈 Mushy is a sweet old lady we pulled from in 2020 and was adopted in early 2021 🧡 Due to conflicts with the new dog in the home, Mushy needs to find another home - please no judgmental comments at this time, because it won’t help this crotchety old girl find a new place. 🧡 Please share Mushy. She can’t come back to our holding space or my home - there are too many other animals, and that amount of stress can be really detrimental to a senior kitty 🥲

It is with great sadness we inform you of the passing of our girly, Buttercup 🌈😔

Yesterday Buttercup was diagnosed with what the vet believes was wet FIP and her poor little body had been fighting it for quite some time. We wanted to try the experimental treatment but the vet suggested euthanasia due to her state and the pain and suffering she was enduring. It was a very hard decision to make along with the CCNYC team and the foster parents 😞

Today, Mojo Jojo was also taken to the vet as a preventative measure since they are from the same litter. Tomorrow, Bubbles will also be going for the same reason.

We are asking for monetary support from anyone who can help. We want to be able to do whatever we can to ensure all the cats are healthy but we cannot do so without your support.
