What a night! 🎉 Last night, hundreds of neighbors, families, and festivalgoers stopped by the Carnegie Hill Neighbors table at the Annual Museum Mile Festival to celebrate the launch of our very first audio walking tour, Museum Mile & Highlights of Fifth Avenue.

From coloring activities and scavenger hunts to conversations about neighborhood history, it was wonderful to share Carnegie Hill’s stories with so many people. One of the things we’re most excited about is making local history more accessible—removing barriers to learning about the places, people, and architecture that make our neighborhood so special.

Thank you to everyone who visited us, explored the tour, and helped make the evening such a success. We had so much fun celebrating with you! 🎉

What a wonderful evening at !

This week, Carnegie Hill Neighbors and The Corner Bookstore welcomed neighbors and friends for a conversation with local Carnegie Hill author David Harris about his new book, Antisemitism: What Everyone Needs to Know.

Moderated by Frances Fontaine Chedid, the discussion sparked thoughtful conversation and brought our community together around learning, dialogue, and the exchange of ideas.

Thank you to David, Frances, The Corner Bookstore team, and everyone who joined us!

The begonias have officially arrived on the Park Avenue Malls 🌸

Through Carnegie Hill Neighbors’ stewardship of the malls, Anthony Bulfamante and his landscaping team help care for and maintain this beloved stretch of Carnegie Hill year-round — from seasonal plantings to ongoing upkeep and beautification.

If you spot Anthony or the team out on the malls this season, be sure to say hello and thank them for all they do for the neighborhood 💚

Knowledge is power. Cliché, yes — but ever so true! We thank Carnegie Hill Neighbors & Health Advocates for Older People for inviting our Crime Prevention Officer to speak about Senior Safety.

We collectively said NO to SCAMS, ID THEFT, CHECK FRAUD, and MAIL THEFT and said YES to Crime Prevention!

Last week, Carnegie Hill Neighbors and Health Advocates for Older People welcomed Detective Anthony V. Nuccio, Crime Prevention Officer from the NYPD 19th Precinct, for an important conversation on staying safe in the city.

Held inside the former Baker Mansion (now ROCOR), one of Carnegie Hill’s landmarked buildings, the discussion covered mail and check theft, phone scams, identity theft, and personal safety.

And afterward, in a very Carnegie Hill moment, Detective Nuccio stepped outside to the Park Avenue Mall and dug up a few tulip bulbs to bring back and plant at the precinct 🌷
Community safety and neighborhood stewardship go hand in hand.

A Night at the Armory ✨What a special evening celebrating Carnegie Hill—its history, its community, and the people who make it so unique.

At Carnegie Hill Neighbors’ Spring Benefit, held at the beautiful Squadron A Armory, neighbors came together for cocktails, conversation, and a shared commitment to preserving and strengthening the neighborhood we all care about.

From meeting new neighbors to reconnecting with familiar faces, the energy under the tent was something special. As we honored the incredible Feldman Family—whose has served the community since 1929—we shared a night of meaningful conversation.

We’re so grateful to everyone who made it such a success:
• Event Co-Chairs: Punch Hutton and Kelly Milam
• Event Sponsors (listed alphabetically):
