This week, we’re wishing a Shabbat shalom to JCC Association’s Deann Forman, Jordan Lanczycki, and Morgan Weiss, who were selected as three of the 20 members of the inaugural cohort of the Global Jewish Innovation Fellowship. The Fellowship is a flagship program of the GJIN - Global Jewish Innovation Network, made possible by the המכון הישראלי לחדשנות - Israel Innovation Institute in partnership with Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael - Jewish National Fund.

We’re excited to see what they learn and how they’ll bring that experience back to JCC Association and the broader JCC Movement.

This week, as Shabbat approaches, we're celebrating our colleagues at JCCs across Canada. 🇨🇦 More than 60 of them from nine JCCs gathered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, for the Great Canadian Conference, hosted by the Rady JCC. Joined by JCC Association staff, they spent three inspiring days learning, networking, exploring ways to strengthen their communities, and celebrating Jewish joy. We're proud to count them as part of the JCC Movement!

Come join the development team at JCC Association!

We’re seeking a senior operational leader with at least 10 years of experience in advancement operations or fundraising, including direct experience supporting multi-year, multi-funder grants—ideally at a national or continental organization. Reporting to the chief advancement officer, you’ll serve as the operational engine behind our North American advancement endeavors. You’ll partner closely with department heads and the finance department to keep complex, multi-year grants on track—monitoring programmatic goals and outcome metrics and supporting the staff teams responsible for delivering them; oversee gift processing and database integrity; support team management in our New York office; and build the systems, including online giving, that will power JCC Association’s next generation of fundraising.

If you have demonstrated experience supporting grant-funded programs and partnering with finance on gift processing and reconciliation; deep working knowledge of donor CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge) and online giving platforms, experience managing or supervising a team, with the ability to coach and develop staff, a strong analytical and systems-oriented mindset, with comfort evaluating and implementing new fundraising technology, excellent cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to work fluently with program leaders, fundraisers, finance, and IT, we’d love to hear from you. Experience in the Jewish communal sector or another national/continental nonprofit is a plus, though not required.
