GET READY…🥹 We love this so much! An HDC teacher from Canada shared these snapshots and this story…

After taking the HDC class, the students asked their teacher if they could visit residents at a nearby nursing home. They wanted to share with them what they learned about human dignity and how every person, regardless of age, circumstance or ability, has intrinsic value.

Students interviewed the residents to get their thoughts on the three characteristics of human dignity and the powers that human beings have: to think and to choose what is excellent.

Has it already been a week?! We are feeling so grateful and inspired by all of the principals and teachers and researchers and leaders who joined us last week, here in New York City, for the Human Dignity Curriculum Seminar. It was a blast and we can’t wait for next year!

We LOVE our teachers! Whether you’re an educator in a public school, private school or alternative school, your students will benefit from the lessons in the Human Dignity Curriculum (HDC).

Big ideas are made personal, as Kerra describes, when students learn about things like friendships of excellence - versus friendships of convenience or utility - and reflect on their own lives and the quality of the relationships they are pursuing.

Can’t think of a better high school class than that. Can you?

We just wrapped our second annual Human Dignity Curriculum Seminar! ✏️📚

We are so incredibly grateful to all of the teachers and principals and leaders who joined us for this week! It was SO much fun learning and engaging the content together and getting to know these inspiring people.

We’re excited to see how this curriculum continues to transform the lives of students here in the United States and around the world! 🌎
