The SICPP’s mission is to provide and promote family centered community based services.

The Community Partnership Program works hand-in-hand with community residents, local community groups, services providers and local government; to encourage and develop new approaches to problem solving around abuse and neglect. The Staten Island Community Partnership Program is a coalition network comprised of various service providers, city agencies, grassroots organizations and participating local residents, currently sponsored by New York City Administration for Children’s Services(ACS). You are Invited to come ,hear and network with others; build lasting connections with the Staten Island North Shore Community.
