The Coalition for Hemophilia B extends our heartfelt condolences to Matthew’s family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. During this difficult time, we hold his loved ones in our thoughts and prayers and hope they find comfort in the many lives he touched and the memories he leaves behind.

Matthew’s impact on our community will not be forgotten, and he will be deeply missed.
