Breast cancer can affect anyone, which is why staying breast aware matters for all of us.
Being breast aware is really about noticing your own 'normal'. Pay attention to how your breasts usually look and feel during everyday moments – while you’re getting dressed, in the shower, moisturising, or catching a quick glimpse in the mirror. These small habits make it easier to spot changes early.

🔎 What to look out for:
- Any new lump, swelling, or thickening
- Changes in size, shape, or skin
- Ni**le changes or unexpected discharge
- Discomfort or swelling near the armpit or collarbone
- Persistent or unusual breast or ni**le pain

Most changes aren’t caused by cancer, but if something feels different, it’s always a good idea to have it checked by a health professional.
Staying aware is a small act that can make a big difference.
