When individuals understand and practice a healthier lifestyle, it positively impacts a person and the world. Building a healthier and higher performing community starts by building a strong foundation and educating your friends and neighbors on the key principles and habits for optimum health and performance.
Dr Nair completed her post-doctoral fellowship at Harvard Medical School in Boston. She also received a master’s degree in epidemiology from Columbia University and has lectured and conducted research in Integrative Medicine.
In addition, Dr. Nair has had extensive experience in conducting stress reduction and corporate wellness programs, workshops, seminars utilizing both behavioral and complementary approaches. She has taught visualization and guided imagery meditation to clinicians at Harvard and Columbia University as well at Corporations, in the US and abroad.
Dr. Nair, is a senior advisor who has helped many of our fellow advisors though difficult times and who has presented at our Women Who Lunch/NY in the past.
