As we stand on this final Sunday of the year, we’re taking a moment to look back with immense gratitude.

Over these months, we’ve built relationships, restored lives, and provided healing and hope through every bit of fellowship we’ve shared.

Each person who’s supported us is a true hero for our nation’s heroes, and we do not take that lightly. Being a small, grassroots nonprofit, we’ve done so much with what little we have, and every bit of support truly makes a difference.

As we wrap up the year, we want to wish everyone a warm and joyful holiday season. We hope you’ve had a wonderful Christmas and that you’re stepping into the New Year surrounded by family, presence, and the simple joys of being together.
Because we believe that breath and bond are some of the greatest medicines for mankind, and often hope and purpose are the cures we all need. Through our fellowship, that’s exactly what we strive to provide.

Thank you to everyone who’s been part of this journey. Your generosity fuels our mission and helps us continue making a difference.

Honored to stand with The Step Up Foundation for The Chad 1000X, a tradition that reminds us why we show up, who we show up for, and what this work really means.

In these photos you’ll see men, women, and children of all ages stepping forward with intention… remembering Chad… remembering our fallen… and choosing to carry the weight together.

To our incredible staff and volunteers: thank you for dedicating your time, strength, and heart to such a worthy cause. And to every family who came out, your presence matters more than you know.

🇺🇸 Veterans Day | A Nation Built on the Shoulders of the Brave

Today, we pause not just to thank our veterans, but to stand beside them.
To remember that freedom isn’t inherited, it’s preserved.
Preserved through courage. Through sacrifice. Through the unspoken brotherhood of those who raised their hand and said, “Send me.”

From battlefields abroad to communities at home, the same spirit carries on.
In every mission, every movement, and every man or woman who still lives by that creed.

🇺🇸 THIS IS WHY WE EXIST 🇺🇸

What you’re looking at is more than a cold tub.
It’s a moment of peace.
A symbol of healing.
And a tribute to legacy.

That’s retired Navy SEAL Will Chesney, sitting in a FireIce Frogs recovery tub that we hand delivered to his home, at no cost to him.
Not because it was owed.
But because it was earned.

This is our mission:
To serve the Special Operations and Gold Star community.
To restore what war tries to take.

And if you look closely at the image… you’ll see a plaque.
Small in size. Sacred in meaning.

Every recipient chooses the name of who they wish to honor.
Because we believe in the truth of two deaths:
The first is when someone loses their life.
The second is the last time their name is spoken.

At FireIce Frogs, we work to defer both.
By providing resources that actually help.
And by honoring the fallen indefinitely.

Will chose to honor Nick Checque.
A teammate. A friend. A Navy SEAL who gave his life in the line of duty during a hostage rescue mission in Afghanistan.

This tub isn’t just a tool for recovery.
It’s a monument.
A daily reminder that Nick still matters.
That his sacrifice is not forgotten.

This is who we are.
This is what we do.
And this is what your support makes possible.

June 6, 1944 — D-Day

They were no older than our sons.
No stronger than our brothers.
And yet, they climbed into boats at dawn…
Not knowing if they’d ever see home again.

On this day, 81 years ago, the world held its breath.
And thousands of ordinary young men did something extraordinary.
They stormed the beaches of Normandy—not for glory…
But because the world depended on them.

They ran headfirst into hell to keep freedom alive.
And many never came back.

Today, we don’t celebrate victory.
We honor sacrifice.
We remember faces that faded into the surf…
Names etched in sand and stone…
And the bond between those who carried each other—until the end.

We owe them more than thanks.
We owe them a life worthy of their gift.

Because freedom, as they proved, is never free.

Chad isn’t just a warrior—he’s a miracle.
After multiple combat deployments and surviving a 1,000 lb IED blast, he continues to live out the mindset of a victor, not a victim—embracing holistic healing to recover, reset, and “Charlie Mike”. 🤙🏼

This install is more than tangible products. It’s a symbol of brotherhood, resilience, and the impact made when communities come together for those who’ve given everything. 🔱

As part of our mission is to dedicate every kit given in memory of the fallen, Chad chose to honor fellow EOD Operator, Dustin M. Marion … 01/23/82-05/21/24 🙏🏼
