Thanks to all the new followers. Roots Cuisine is still going strong, just transitioning to a new life in New York City. Hurricane Sandy knocked us back a bit but all is well. We're getting back on track. There will be more to come soon.

The Africa Rice Center was really helpful sharing a sample of Oryza glaberrima and other information for the Rice and Beans exhibit, which is being revamped for online. They do great work researching rice agriculture throughout western Africa and I agree with them, let's definitely start treating the environment as a shared asset!
