PROUD SPONSORS OF RED HOOK OPEN STUDIOS!

4heads is thrilled to support this year’s Red Hook Open Studios, taking place October 10–11 in Brooklyn.

For one weekend, artists and makers across Red Hook will open their studios and workspaces, inviting the public inside to discover their work, meet the people behind it, and experience the creative community that makes this neighborhood so special.

We’re proud to stand alongside the artists and organizers who continue to make opportunities like this possible.

Come explore, discover something new, support local artists, and spend the weekend with us in Red Hook.

We hope to see plenty of familiar faces along the way!

RED HOOK OPEN STUDIOS 2026
October 10–11 | 1–6 PM
Red Hook, Brooklyn
Free and open to the public.

YOU SHOWED UP. 🙏

Together, this community raised $6,235 for Portal 2026.

To every artist, friend, visitor and supporter who contributed: thank you.

To everyone who shared the campaign, reposted the reel, forwarded an email, sent the link to a friend or helped spread the word: thank you, too.

Every contribution mattered.

And once again, this community reminded us what 4heads is made of.

Portal has never been about a building.

It’s about what happens when artists show up for one another.

You showed up.

Now we get to work.

There’s plenty more to come. Stay tuned for the announcement of where Portal 2026 will land—and for our upcoming open call for artists.

We can’t wait to share what’s next.

See you at Portal 2026!

WHAT IF 25 PEOPLE SHOWED UP TODAY?

We’re at $4,615 toward our $8,000 goal for Portal 2026.

That leaves $3,385 to go.

It sounds like a lot.

But look at it another way:

2 people give $500 = $1,000
5 people give $250 = $1,250
8 people give $100 = $800
5 people give $50 = $250
5 people give $20 = $100

That’s 25 people raising $3,400.

Twenty-five people could get us there today.

For years, Portal has happened because artists show up for artists.

Today, we’re asking our community to do exactly that.

Give $20.
Give $50.
Give $100.
Give what you can.

And if you’ve already contributed—or giving isn’t possible—send this post directly to someone who knows what Portal means.

Portal has never been about a building.

It’s about what happens once the doors open.

Let’s get them open.

Back Portal 2026 today.

THREE DAYS.

This community has already raised $3,690 for Portal 2026.

Thank you.

But we’re not at our $8,000 goal yet.

So for the next three days, we’re asking everyone who knows and loves Portal to give this one final push.

Give $25.

Give $50.

Give $100.

Or send this post directly to someone who has exhibited with us, visited Portal or believes artist-led culture still has a place in New York.

Portal has never been about a building. It’s about what happens once the doors open.

Let’s get those doors open.

LOOK WHAT YOU’VE DONE.

We’re halfway through our Portal 2026 campaign and together we’ve raised:

$3.220 of $8,000.

To everyone who has contributed so far: thank you.

Every contribution gets us closer to having the resources we need to move Portal 2026 forward.

We’re still working behind the scenes, following leads and figuring out where this year’s Portal will land.

There’s more to do.

If you’ve been meaning to contribute, now’s a good time.

Already contributed? Send this to someone who knows what Portal is all about.

Let’s keep it moving.

YOU KNOW THE FEELING.

You walk into Portal and immediately see someone you know.

Someone pulls you over to see an artist’s work.

You lose the person you arrived with.

You find them an hour later talking to someone they’ve just met.

You stay longer than you planned.

That’s Portal.

And that’s what we’re working to make happen again in 2026.

If you’ve exhibited with us, visited, volunteered, brought a friend or simply found your people here, you’re part of what makes Portal what it is.

Now we’re asking our community to show up again.

PORTAL 2026 NEEDS A HOME!

We’re working to make the next Portal happen, and this year we need our community behind us.

4heads is raising $8,000 to help secure a venue and cover the essential costs of producing Portal 2026.

Portal has never been about a building. It’s about what happens once the doors open.

Artists showing up for artists. New work being discovered. Old friends finding each other. New connections being made. And a room full of people who believe independent, artist-led culture still matters in New York City.

If you’ve visited Portal, exhibited with us, volunteered, brought a friend, bought an artwork, stayed too late at an opening—or simply believe in what we do—show up for Portal.

Every contribution gets us closer.

BACK PORTAL 2026.

🥯 + 🎨 + 💥 = 4HEADS

Giving Tuesday just got messy.

We’re keeping it raw, DIY, and deliciously chaotic—just like NYC art should be.

Your support helps artists take risks, build worlds, and keep 4heads wild, sticky, and unstoppable.

Jack + Nix approve.
