A pre-college program for serious young musicians. Chamber groups and full orchestra, coached by working professionals, every Saturday in Manhattan.

Violas, cellos, flutes, oboes, bassoons, and horns are especially needed for our 2026-27 season.

Chances to perform solo, masterclasses with guest artists, a winter retreat upstate, and finish the year on stage at Carnegie Hall.

Congratulations to our friend Jessie Montgomery on the U.S. premiere of These Righteous Paths, performed by cellist Abel Selaocoe with the Festival Orchestra of Lincoln Center.
Jessie has been a special part of the CMC community, generously sharing her time and insight with our young musicians through chamber music coachings and conversations over the years.
