🏗️✨ Exciting things are happening in Bay Terrace!

QBBA was proud to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for The Residences at Bay Terrace, a new residential development by our valued member Cord Meyer Development, in collaboration with fellow QBBA member Callahan Construction.

It was a pleasure celebrating this milestone alongside Queens Borough President Donovan Richards, NYC Council Member Vickie Paladino, and many community and industry leaders.

We love seeing our QBBA members working together and investing in the future of Queens. Congratulations to Cord Meyer Development and Callahan Construction! 👏🏙️

Today, we mark 25 years since September 11, 2001.

The Queens & Bronx Building Association joins New Yorkers and Americans across the country in honoring the nearly 3,000 lives lost, the bravery of our first responders, and all those whose lives were forever changed by that day.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the strength, courage, and unity that brought our city and our nation together.

We will never forget. 🇺🇸

Today, members of the QBBA Women’s Committee had the opportunity to tour Sunrise Day Camp – Long Island as part of our ongoing collaboration with this incredible organization. 💙

It was truly inspiring to see the joy and hope Sunrise brings to children with pediatric cancer and their siblings through unforgettable camp experiences, all at no cost to their families.

We are proud to support such a meaningful mission and look forward to continuing our partnership. Thank you to the Sunrise team for the warm welcome and for the amazing work you do every day!
