Get deep hands-on training in Python, SQL, Tableau, and GenAI tools to uncover insights, solve real-world problems, and make data-driven impact in your future role.

A few short weeks ago we celebrated what it truly means to graduate from our Data Analytics Fellowship 🎓✨

Over the course of a year (40–50+ hours of work each week) our Fellows committed themselves to an incredibly rigorous journey designed to prepare them for long-term careers in tech and data.

They committed to mastering Python, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, statistics, databases, project management, product management, cloud foundations and GenAI. Additionally, our fellows learned how to communicate insights through storytelling and strategy. These Fellows built both technical excellence and leadership capacity.

But graduating from Marcy means even more than technical skill. It means showing up every day with discipline, curiosity, resilience, and care for community. It means balancing intensive coursework, projects, presentations, coaching, mentorship, and leadership development… all while building the confidence to step into rooms and opportunities that once felt out of reach.

This certification represents thousands of hours spent learning how to analyze data, solve problems, think critically, collaborate on teams, and lead with purpose. It represents growth — professionally and personally.

We are endlessly proud of what this cohort has accomplished and excited for everything that comes next💛

The future is being built right now — in software, in AI, in the systems that will shape how cities run, how energy gets delivered, and how people get hired.

The young people most affected by those decisions are oftentimes the ones excluded from making them.

At Marcy, we believe that has to change. Our Fellows complete more than 2,000 hours of training in software engineering or data analytics, with AI fluency woven throughout, and graduate into technical careers averaging six figures.

Nearly 300 alumni are already in those rooms — at utilities, startups, financial institutions, and tech companies where the future is actually being decided.

Brilliant young people from New York City and beyond, building the future.

Last weekend, we watched all ten of our inaugural “Nova” Data Analytics Fellows cross the stage. WHAT A MOMENT.�
A year ago, this cohort was a list of names on a roster. This weekend, they celebrated as analysts — credentialed, employer-ready, walking into a workforce they’re going to reshape from the inside.�
Ten Fellows. Ten families in the room. Hundreds of hours of SQL, Python, Tableau, and the harder work behind the technical work — learning how to ask better questions, defend their thinking, and translate data into decisions that move organizations forward.�
To this cohort: you are the proof of concept. You showed us what Nova was built to be. Whatever room you walk into next, you’ve already earned the right to take up space in it.
To the families who raised them, fed them, prayed over them, and got them across the finish line — thank you.

This work doesn’t happen without you.�
