Please arrive in full Scout uniform, ready to represent. Meeting point: Broadway B/T 28th AND 29th st

Parade Route: We’ll be marching down Fifth Avenue, showing our support for veterans and our Scouting community.

National Scout Jamboree 2026: Sign-Ups Now Open!

Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime! Sign-Ups are officially open for the 2026 National Scout Jamboree, to be held at the Summit Bechtel Reserve from July 22-31, 2026.
This incredible event brings together thousands of Scouts from across the nation for 10 days of high adventure, skill-building, and unforgettable memories. Imagine yourself exploring zip lines, tackling challenge courses, conquering mountain biking trails, and participating in exciting shooting sports! You'll also have the opportunity to earn merit badges, connect with fellow Scouts, and create lifelong friendships.

Don't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime experience!
Sign-Up Details:
Who Can Attend: Youth participants must be First Class rank and at least 12 years old by July 22, 2026, but have not reached their 18th birthday by July 31, 2026. Venturing and Sea Scout participants can also attend.

Your Scouting America membership must be current and linked to your My.Scouting account.
Fees: The fee for youth participants is estimated between $2,300 and $2,850 per youth, subject to change as details are determined.

Big Apple Pinewood Derby will be held on Saturday, May 3rd, 2025, at St. Joseph's Church Yorkville (404 E 87th St, New York, NY 10128).

Event Details:
🕐 Time: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
🛠 Registration: 12:45 PM – 1:00 PM

We encourage all Packs to participate in this exciting event and support your Cub Scouts as they showcase their creativity and sportsmanship!

The instructions for the parade have just gone out via e-mail. If your unit leader or represtative did not receive this e-mail, then you are NOT registered for the parade. Please submit your registration immediately to https://scoutingevent.com/640-veteransdayparade. Also, please send an e-mail to [email protected], confirming your unit type and number, and how many marchers (youth and adults) will be attending.

We look forward to having as many of our Scouts, Cub Scouts, Venturers, and Sea Scouts present as possible!
