The American Watercolor Society Traveling Exhibition opens tomorrow at the Tullahoma Fine Arts Center in Tullahoma, Tennessee. This exhibition features selected works from the 159th Annual International Exhibition and celebrates excellence in watercolor and watermedia.

Congratulations to Chung-Wei Chien, AWS, D.F., for earning the Marilyn Hughey Phillis Memorial Award with ”The Image of Music”. The American Watercolor Society continues to recognize the distinguished award recipients of the 159th Annual International Exhibition.

3,300 visitors, $54,000 in awards, and ten paintings sold...it was a great run for the 159th Annual International Exhibition! The Exhibition was on view Apri 7 - May 1 at the Salmagundi Club in NYC.

”Narration in Front of the Earth Wall” by Yan Liang, AWS, was honored with the Mary Bryan Memorial Medal at the 159th Annual International Exhibition.

AWS continues to recognize the award recipients of the 159th Exhibition, whose work reflects excellence, innovation, and dedication to watercolor.
