This Hispanic Heritage Month, we’re celebrating Hugo’s story, leadership, and contributions to the community. Hugo Ramirez, a newly appointed member of our Board of Directors, is Vice President of the Window Replacement Division and a construction and business development executive at Adler Windows 😊
With more than 25 years of experience across finance, real estate, construction, building enclosures, and strategic growth, Hugo works closely with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors on projects throughout New York City. He also serves as Director of the International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) Metro New York Chapter and remains actively involved in industry, charitable, and mentorship initiatives. 🌟
Hugo’s connection to Salvadori is personal. As a father of two boys, mentor, and longtime member of New York’s construction community, he believes strongly in giving young people early exposure to architecture, engineering, construction, and sustainability. He sees the built environment as a powerful classroom, one that can turn math, science, design, and problem-solving into something students can see, touch, and experience. 🌟
Reflecting on what Hispanic Heritage Month means to him, Hugo shared:
“Hispanic Heritage Month is a time for me to reflect on where I came from, the sacrifices my family made, and the opportunities I’ve been fortunate to have along the way. As an immigrant, I learned early on the importance of hard work, family, education, and having people in your corner who are willing to open a door. That has shaped how I think about giving back and creating opportunities for the next generation.”
