One of the oldest dog runs in Manhattan, the 105th Street Dog Run in Riverside Park has been a haven The 105th St.

Dog Run User Group is a volunteer sub-organization of the non-profit Riverside Park Conservancy (see http://riversideparknyc.org/) with the purpose of maintaining and improving the dog run. This is important because, like all the dog runs in Riverside Park, the 105th St. Dog Run is publicly owned (i.e., by the City of New York), but *privately maintained*—that is, by us: the dog run's users. Not a

single tax dollar is budgeted for dog run maintenance. This group therefore exists to organize and promote the stewardship of the run.
