At 277 Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, renovation and interior projects have been taking place across the 50-story Class A office tower as spaces are updated for new and existing tenants. Union contractors and carpenters with the New York City District Council of Carpenters have been working throughout the building.

In the past few years alone, over 50 union contractors have worked at the property, representing specialties including interior systems/wall & ceiling, architectural millwork, flooring, furniture installation, and other interior trades.

The work spans spaces occupied by some of New York’s leading companies, with major tenants including JPMorgan Chase, M&T Bank, Visa, StepStone Group, and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation...
