We’re thrilled to announce our new partnership with ZS, a management consulting and technology firm that partners with companies to improve life and how we live it. Together we aim to expand career opportunities for first-generation college students!
ZS is dedicated to unlocking untapped talent pipelines and providing early-career professionals with exposure to consulting careers—fields where many young job seekers don’t always see a clear path.

Through our partnership, we look forward to:

Next week, our very own Becca Diefenbach and Mildred Armstrong Smith will be attending the Future of Skills & Work Forum HolonIQ. This is the flagship event of Global Skills Week and brings together leaders from higher education, workforce development, and industry to explore how we can better prepare learners for the careers of tomorrow.

With discussions on AI, cybersecurity, advanced manufacturing, and emerging technologies, we’re excited to engage with thought leaders and changemakers who are shaping the future of education and workforce.
