At PUSH’s Career Night on May 15, nearly 40 students from PS128 and MS328 visited Columbia University’s Vagelos Education Center for an evening of exploration, mentorship, and discovery. This event gave students the opportunity to connect directly with professionals across a wide range of healthcare fields.

Representing dentistry were NYCDS Past President and Columbia University College of Dental Medicine Alumni Association President Mina Kim, along with Community Outreach Chair Anna Viron. Both are longtime advocates for community service and outreach, partnering on initiatives such as Give Kids A Smile and Special Olympics events.

Their goal was to introduce students to dentistry in a fun, approachable way while encouraging them to consider careers in healthcare. 🦷🪥
