Stand with New York's Farmworkers on May 19th

Farmworkers sustain New York's agriculture, but too many still face unsafe conditions and limited protections.

Join us in Albany for Farmworker Albany Day as we call on state leaders to protect workers' rights, ensure safe conditions, support immigrant communities, and invest in rural families.

Donna came to the United States with a dream of becoming a human rights lawyer. When her visa was at risk due to a critical error, Attorney TJ Mills of ILJNY stepped in and successfully resolved the issue—ensuring that Donna could remain in the country and continue pursuing her future. The final weeks of the year are often a time to reflect on what we want the year ahead to hold.

Today, we want to share the voice of our former client Marcia — someone who knows firsthand what your support makes possible.

For clients like Marcia, access to free, high-quality legal representation means more than help with paperwork or court dates.

You can make a year end gift through our website or by mailing a check to PO Box 250603, New York, NY 10025. Your support truly changes lives.
