🇲🇽🤝🇺🇸 Today, we are launching our work agenda from the Consulate General of Mexico in Houston, joining forces with strategic partners such as CONADESSE MX, Man Up Campaign, which holds ECOSOC status with the United Nations in New York, and Local Congresswoman Araceli Celestino Rosas, representing District 25, headquartered in Tehuacán, Puebla, Mexico. 🇲🇽

During this first meeting, we had the opportunity to speak with María Elena Orantes López, Consul General of Mexico in Houston, as well as Federal Congresswomen and , with the goal of strengthening cooperation between Mexico and the United States and creating new opportunities for the Mexican community.

🌱⚡🌎 At CONADESSE Mexico, we are promoting an agenda focused on agriculture, agribusiness, mezcal, sustainable and clean energy, innovation, and sustainable development.

We are proud to share that our Man Up Campaign Program Director has been selected as a delegate for the World Bank Group Youth Summit 2026.

This year’s theme, “ : Designing Jobs for the Digital Age,” highlights the role of innovation and policy in shaping the future of work and expanding opportunities in a rapidly evolving global economy.

Representing Afghanistan, our director is particularly focused on how these global discussions can help improve access to education and meaningful employment opportunities for Afghan youth.

We are honored by this recognition and look forward to the insights and connections that will emerge from this global platform.

🌍 A Catalyst for Global Change

We are honored to welcome Mr. Nabi Safi as a volunteer with the Man Up Campaign. Mr. Safi currently serves as an Academic Advisor at the Embassy of Kuwait in Washington, D.C., while remaining actively engaged in initiatives promoting gender equality, education, and social justice.

Originally from Afghanistan, Mr. Safi’s journey reflects perseverance, adaptability, and a deep commitment to learning. After immigrating to the United States, he earned a Master’s degree in International Relations and Global Security. His graduate capstone focused on Cultural Diplomacy, highlighting the vital role cultural understanding plays in international engagement.

His research referenced to the U.S. Department of State and the Department of Defense as a framework for professionals working in international and cross-cultural environments.

Mr. Safi brings a thoughtful, disciplined, and values-driven perspective to his work. His dedication to leadership, education, and cross-cultural dialogue strongly aligns with the mission of the Man Up Campaign.
