This year’s performance promises a powerful celebration of Caribbean storytelling through music, movement, and tradition.

Braata Singers in Concert 2026: All We A One pays homage to milestone Independence anniversaries across the Caribbean, including Antigua & Barbuda (45th), Barbados (60th), Belize (45th), Guyana (60th), and Panama (205th). Through the lens of choral theatre, the award-winning Braata Singers explore Caribbean unity. They trace histories of togetherness, shared ways of life, and experiences that have shaped the region across generations.

The Chattel House is a true symbol of Bajan freedom! 🇧🇧

Built by newly emancipated plantation workers in Barbados, because they didn't own land, they constructed small, transportable wooden homes on coral blocks instead of permanent foundations. This clever design allowed them to quickly dismantle, load up, and move their home if evicted.
