Shout out to our LISC Massachusetts AmeriCorps members, Arleny Santana and Roni Cardona, for hosting a recent MA-based member cohort meeting. Arleny and Roni are serving at North Shore Community Development Coalition and led a fun activity called "design your neighborhood," where members created a vision for what would improve their neighborhood and discussed ways to help influence the change they want to see in their community. This is a great example of how empowers members and invests in real-world professional development opportunities.
