This unique program offers an incredible opportunity for aspiring chefs to expand their culinary knowledge through an immersive cultural and professional exchange between the United States and Japan.

One for the books!

We had the chance to see Motokichi Yukimura live during his first-ever visit to the U.S. , and it lived up to everything.

From his signature omurice to the full tableside performance, it was one of those dinners you had to see and taste in person to really get, such a fun experience
