Our Gohan Scholar, Will Nacev, Executive Chef of Le Pavillon, in his element. We had the pleasure of dining there last night and watching Will plate a few of the evening’s dishes. Such a wonderful restaurant and an incredible experience from start to finish!

Earlier this week we gathered Arvine NYC , our Gohan Scholars, Executive Chef Joseph Anthony and Chef de Cuisine Joey Salvaggio, are cooking incredibly satisfying and expertly prepared dishes. Everything was exceptional, and we couldn’t be happier for them!

One for the books!

We had the chance to see Motokichi Yukimura live during his first-ever visit to the U.S. , and it lived up to everything.

From his signature omurice to the full tableside performance, it was one of those dinners you had to see and taste in person to really get, such a fun experience
