We’re thrilled to introduce Charlotte Dhont to our BelCham Community as our new Strategic Operations & Communications Associate!

Charlotte studied Business Administration at Ghent University and completed a Master’s in Marketing Management at ESADE Business School. With several years of experience in the healthcare and FMCG industries, she brings a strong background in brand management, where she focused on growing and strengthening established brands across the Benelux market.

Joining us through the J 1 Program, Charlotte will support BelCham’s strategic and operational initiatives while contributing to the growth of our community and strengthening connections across the Belgian American business network.
