Every March, participants host activities in their communities to share the wonders of the brain and the impact brain science has on our everyday lives. Event organizers include colleges and universities, hospitals, medical research

facilities, K-12 schools, advocacy groups, outreach organizations, professional associations, government agencies, corporations, and more. Please note: We welcome friendly and open conversation about the intersections of neuroscience and society, but reserve the right to remove inappropriate comments or promotional spam. Participants who repeatedly post comments of this nature may be permanently removed from the group. Also, the Dana Foundation cannot give medical advice or physician referrals. On March 18, 2026, policymakers, researchers, clinicians, patient representatives, and industry leaders gathered in Brussels for Brain Health Day: Prevention, Policy, Progress –- a full day of activities organized by the Brain Health Mission, the European Academy of Neurology with the European Brain Council and the Federation of European Neuroscience Societies (FENS).

Brain Health Day demonstrated a growing collective determination across Europe to work towards an impactful response to brain health challenges.
