The Brothers of Pi Lambda Phi wish to remember Scott C. Vasel, NJ Omicron Kappa '91 (Farleigh Dickinson), Mark Ludvigsen, VA Psi '89 (William & Mary), and Capt. John Ogonowski, MA Alpha Epsilon '70 (University of Massachusetts Lowell) who were all taken prematurely to the Chapter Eternal during the 9/11 attacks of 2001. At the time of the attacks, Brother Vasel was working in the North Tower, Brother Ludvigsen was working in the South Tower as a bond trader, and Brother Ogonowski was piloting American Airlines Flight 11, the first plane to hit the World Trade Center North Tower. We will always remember our Brothers and those who were sadly lost on that day. Brother Mine Forever.
