Last week, more than 100 The Stevens Initiative alumni from across the U.S. and the Middle East and North Africa began a 7-week facilitation training with us in the new Alumni Facilitation & Leadership Academy.

Over the coming weeks, participants will build practical skills in dialogue facilitation, communication and leadership. Through a combination of self-paced learning and live practice sessions, they will strengthen their ability to lead meaningful conversations in their communities, institutions, and professional lives.

We’re excited to learn alongside this incredible group and look forward to seeing what emerges from the journey ahead!
